Up to 300 guests for a private event. We can comfortably accommodate groups of any size, and up to 84 guests can actively play games at the same time, with plenty of seating and social space for everyone else.

Absolutely! We specialize in organizing tournaments. We can set up VR Arena tournaments (teams of 6–8), Killer Queen tournaments (teams of 5, up to 20 players), team-based VR games, and custom brackets with your team names and formats. Winning teams often receive VR1 Arcade gift cards.

Yes! We provide a stage, seating in our Arena, a microphone & sound system, and space for raffles, awards, speeches, and company announcements. Many companies use this time for appreciation awards or annual recognitions.

Food and drinks are ordered à la carte, so you can fully customize your event. We offer pizza, wings, appetizers, and more. Our full bar is available with options for open bar, pre-purchased drink tickets, or guests purchasing their own. No outside alcohol is permitted.

Yes — with some guidelines. You can bring cakes, desserts, decorations, banners, and company branding. We can arrange early setup for decorations (scheduled in advance). However, outside meals or catering (except desserts) are not permitted.

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for private events or peak dates. Some dates may book earlier during holiday seasons. Get in touch early to lock in your preferred date.

$4,000 covers your 4-hour private event with full venue access, unlimited gameplay for all guests, and our experienced staff on-site. Food, drinks, and any add-ons (like special décor or advanced tournament setup) are à la carte.
